Natural Hazelnut Kernels
Natural hazelnut kernels are first passed through separators and then through stone separators to be cleaned of foreign materials. Then, the hazelnut kernels, which pass through the optical selection machines, are shipped to the natural hazelnut kernel line or the processed hazelnut kernel production line.

The hazelnut kernels coming from the pre-cleaning are roasted in horizontal roasting ovens according to the desired roasting degree in the customer specification. After the roasted hazelnut kernels are passed through the skin remover machines, first passed through the Sortex machine and then 2 optical laser sorters in order to be purified from foreign materials.

PROGRAM TO COMBAT CHILD LABOR
IN HAZELNUT AGRICULTURE
Since 2016, we have been operating in 3 different regions every year with summer schools for the children of seasonal agricultural workers.
With the summer schools, we prevent more than 300 children between the ages of 5-18 from working on average every year and provide awareness raising trainings to their parents.
This project is supported by the Ministry of Family, Labor and Social Services.
