The hazelnut kernels coming from the pre-cleaning are roasted in horizontal roasting ovens according to the desired roasting degree in the customer specification. After the roasted hazelnut kernels are passed through the skin remover machines, first passed through the Sortex machine and then 2 optical laser sorters in order to be purified from foreign materials. In the next stage, it is checked again on the tables by the selection staff and sent to the paste production line. Here, the hazelnuts crushed in the pre-miller and according to the desired micron level it is processed by Duywis-Wiener, then after metal dedector it is tarnsferred to the final silos for packaging. While these processes are in progress, the physical, chemical and microbiological analysis results of the product are constantly monitored at all stages of production.
