Natural hazelnut kernels are first passed through separators and then through stone separators to be cleaned of foreign materials. Then, the hazelnut kernels, which pass through the optical selection machines, are shipped to the natural hazelnut kernel line or the processed hazelnut kernel production line.
The hazelnut kernels classified according to the customer's specifications are roasted or blanched at the desired roasting degree in horizontal roasting ovens. The hazelnuts, which are passed through the skin remover machines, are first passed through the Sortex machine and then 2 optical laser sorters in order to be purified from foreign materials, and finally they are checked by the selection staff on the tables and sent to the packaging silos. While these processes are in progress, the physical, chemical and microbiological analysis results of the product are continuously followed at all stages of production by the laboratory.
